What is the check-in time? And what is the check-out time?
Check-in: from 4:00 pm and check-out no later than 11:00 am.
Is there on-site parking? How much does it cost? Do I need to make a reservation?
Yes, the price is €25 per night, and we ask our customers to reserve their place in advance of their stay. We cannot guarantee availability due to the very limited number of places available at the hotel.
When and where is breakfast?
All-you-can-eat buffet breakfast on the 1st floor of the complex, available Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 10:30am and at weekends from 7am to 11am. Brunch every Sunday morning from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Does the plant provide charging stations for electric vehicles?
No, there are no charging stations in the hotel parking lot. The nearest charge point is in the TaM Gare St Roch parking lot, at 22 rue Durant.
Does the establishment accept pets?
Yes, this will add €15 per night to the room rate.
Nearest airport and train station?
Montpellier Méditerranée airport is 10 km from the hotel, Gare St-Roch 200m and Gare Sud de France 8km away.
Is there a swimming pool in the hotel?
No, there is no swimming pool in the hotel.
Does the hotel have bike storage?
Yes, of course, it's in the hotel parking lot. As the hotel has the “Accueil Vélo” label, we also have a repair kit, an electric bike socket, rack, inflator, access to water, etc...
What payment methods are accepted?
Cash, credit card, American Express, vacation vouchers (connect and paper). We do not accept cheques.
Air conditioning in all rooms?
Yes, guests can adjust the room temperature by + or - 4 degrees in both summer and winter.
A gym in the hotel?
Yes, the hotel has a gym equipped with WaterRower machines. Accessible 24 hours a day to hotel guests. Located on the 1st floor, next to the Spa.
Do the rooms have safes? What other facilities are available?
Yes, all our rooms are equipped with a safe. Instructions available in room. Other in-room amenities (depending on category): kettle, Nespresso machine, hair dryer, Chromecast.
Does the hotel have a dry-cleaning service?
Yes, linen must be dropped off at reception by 9:00 a.m., to be returned in the early afternoon. More information on rates and types of clothing in room.
What services are available in the hotel?
More than just a hotel, the Belaroïa is a real complex and place to live: restaurant, cocktail bar, co-working spaces, Spa, seminar areas... Here are the opening hours and practical information on each of these spaces.
As a reminder: a list of all allergens is available in each catering area.
Nectar Cocktail Club - Bar: 1st floor. Open daily: Sunday to Thursday from 4pm to midnight and Friday/Saturday from 4pm to 1am.
Chez Delagare restaurant: Ground floor, entrance on left. Open Tuesday to Saturday, lunch and dinner. 12:00-14:00 and 19:30-22:00.
Spa Belaroïa: 1st floor. Open daily Sunday to Thursday from 10:00 to 19:00 and Friday/Saturday from 10:00 to 20:00.

What to do around the hotel?

Are the rooms non-smoking?
Yes, all our rooms are non-smoking.
What about hotel accessibility?
The hotel is accessible to disabled guests, and has three PRM parking spaces (reservation required) and two PRM rooms.
Is there a mini bar in the room?
Yes, each room has a mini-bar, but the coolness is limited (no less than 16°C). We therefore advise you not to leave fragile foodstuffs inside. If you need anything, please contact reception directly.
Do you have connecting rooms?
No, we don't have connecting rooms, but we do have rooms for up to 4 people.
Is there room service in the hotel?
Yes, room service is available in the hotel. Orders can be placed at reception or on our Guest App via this link.
Are taxes included in the room rate?
No, tourist taxes will always be charged in addition to the hotel room rate.
Do you have space to store customers' luggage?
Yes, we have a luggage room at reception.
